Project Overview

he ICAI Institution building at Mukunda Vihar, Kota, Rajasthan is proposed at a plot size of 1,719 sq.m. as G+3 structure having 1 basement with approx. 3,219 sq.m. construction area.

The planning, design, engineering & coordination services have been rendered by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. This service included integrated civil, architecture, structural, interiors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, landscape and external development works, along with BIM coordination. The facilities comprise a banquet hall, multipurpose hall, classrooms, auditorium, offices, and parking.

The planning considered Rajasthan Building Bye Laws, 2025, fire tender approach, accessibility, circulation, landscaping, and GRIHA criteria. The software used includes Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, MS Excel and MS Project.
