Project Overview
The Demolition and Reconstruction of ICAI Bhawan at Civil Lines, Kanpur comprised of the redevelopment of a 1,000 sq.m. institutional site to make it a modern technological building.
Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. offered integrated consultancy services in architecture and engineering that include auditorium, multi-purpose areas, library, academics, administration, parking, and building services. This included the HVAC, MEP, firefighting, solar energy, IT/data networking, CCTV, security and access controls and AV systems as per the UP Model Building Bye laws 2025, FAR optimization, accessibility & sustainability.
Software used during the project planning till execution includes Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, HAP, 3ds Max, MS Excel & MS Project.
