The project includes all aspects of planning, architectural design, structural engineering, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and cost estimation work for the new building. The building reaches its maximum height through 402.37 sq. m. floor plates, which allow expansion to G+2 and G+3 levels while displaying modern architectural design elements. Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. team used AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render for accurate design rendering and implementation.
